About Us

Family of the Americas Foundation (FAF) purpose is to promote family unity by encouraging parents to meet their mutual responsibilities to each other and to their children. Family of the Americas Foundation (FAF) programs include:

  1. Natural family planning teacher-training programs in over 100 countries, in North America, Europe, Africa, Latin America and Asia, including the People’s Republic of China.
  2. Development, publication and distribution of educational materials in English, Spanish, French, Italian, German, Hungarian, Czech, Slovak, Korean, Japanese, Chinese, Portuguese, Catalan, Arabic, Swahili, Russian, Lithuanian, Ukrainian, Romanian, and Polish.
  3. Clinical and research studies to further scientific knowledge of the Ovulation Method of Natural Family Planning.
  4. Programs for parents to encourage them to remain as the primary educators of their children in matters of human sexuality.
  5. International Congresses for the Family which raise awareness about issues affecting the family.
  6. Educational programs in nutrition, hygiene, Oral Rehydration Therapy (ORT) and natural child spacing for participants in Latin America. Profits from the sale of our materials help us to provide these programs and materials to the poor in developing countries.
  7. Water filters for the poor in Guatemala, El Salvador and Honduras.
